I'm having trouble logging in.

If you are having an issue with your password, select "Forgot your password?" to reset your password.

My training course is not working.

If you are having an issue with your course, refresh the page to see if this fixes the issue.

How do I print my certificate?

To print your certificate after completing a course, first make sure that you are logged into SaferTraining.com.

Once you're logged in, click "Me" in the top right-hand corner. From here, you will see each of the courses that you have completed under the "Achievements" section. Click the red PDF logo next to the course to download and print your Certificate.

Has my information been submitted to the TPR?

Training Providers are required to submit student information within 48 hours of course completion. However, SaferTraining typically submits student information within hours of completion.

My payment method was declined.

For payment issues, please contact your bank or credit provider.

Does SaferTraining offer a payment plan?

Yes. SaferTraining gives students the option to pay for their course over multiple weeks.
